Start by creating an online customer form template using NetSuite tags like <NLFIRSTNAME> etc.

Then, create an online customer form associated with the above template

Make sure the fields match from the tags on the tempalte and the fields in the NetSuite form.

Then use the publishable form url as the source in an iframe, and you can display your NetSuite contact form on a NetSuite site, or from an external site!
